Cops tase innocent man, roughly handcuff him, and joke about planting drugs in his car

Caught On Tape: Cops Tase Man In Case of Mistaken Identity, Joke About Planting Drugs On Him

According to InformationLiberation, police officers in Seaford pull over Reginald Johnson. Without asking for identity they demand he get out the car then pull him out, tase him, and hand cuff him as he is helpless on the ground. Johnson repeatedly asks what he has done and they do not answer. After cops place him in a cruiser they joke about planting dope in Johnson's car. What's worse, it was Reginald's birthday. A suit has been filed against the state. They will definitely have to pay for this one. Why were there 8 cops for this one man? I see this all the time. more than 2 cruisers for one car. That is not necessary. Either too many police on pay roll or they are being lazy and just want to hang around to see the action. WE NEED POLICE REFORMATION!!!

Alabama Police Officer delivers 3 pounds of marijuana to local resident...

Former Montgomery police officer charged with trafficking marijuana

According to Montgomery Advertiser, "The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office [in Alabama] has charged Lyvanh Ravasong with trafficking marijuana... Deputies were executing a search warrant at 7201 Murray Heights in Irvington when [they] caught Ravasong making the delivery... Ravasong also is believed to be associated with a more than 16-acre marijuana farm deputies discovered in October off Old Citronelle Road in Chunchula. At the farm, deputies said they found 100 marijuana plants drying in a shed, more than 150 plants in pots and two boxes full of marijuana waiting to be packaged. Four people on the property were arrested."

First off, as a police officer how could you not have known there was going to be a raid at the very house you are to make a delivery to? We can see this officer is not very bright which is not much of  a surprise. I'm not sure what his punishment will be but once he does some time he can just move to any 420 friendly state and make a great living as a legit grower. Which is what he should have done in the first place! Idiot!

Finally a cop tells the truth... Cherryville, NC officer admits to corruption.

John Ashley Hendricks, 47
Frankie Dellinger, 40

Officers are being charged for laundering, robbing, transporting stolen goods, providing protection and driving vehicles of illegal operations, and selling drugs. Many charges are being brought up against a number of officers. WBTV.com reported "According to court documents, during the undercover operation, some of the officers vouched for each other by saying they used their law enforcement positions to protect illegal activities in and around Gaston County. Several local residents gathered across the street as federal agents worked inside the police station, and in the police parking lot behind the building. Some residents say they weren't surprised. They say they've long been suspicions and whispers of corruption at Cherryville Police." Who are we supposed to call if we need help? 911 sends out police officers as well as ambulance and fire fighters. Police can turn on us at any moment in efforts to cover their own sins. This worries me.

Many officers sell drugs in jail... Michael McCain just got caught.

Michael McCain, 44, a Baltimore Central Booking corrections officer was charged for pushing marijuana and 5-methoxy-diisopropyltryptamine, also known as "foxy," a hallucinogen. He was indicted by a grand jury on eight counts of drug crimes, including possession with intent to distribute. This according to the Baltimore Sun. We're not surprised by this. Many officers get away with crimes just like this. Jail mates will get a good laugh out of this. Too bad they won't be able to instagram McCain in his jail garb.

Cop Punches the crap out of a woman...

A cop punches the crap out of a woman because he thought she threw water or silly string on him. Turns out, the woman that was punched may have not been the woman who threw water on silly string. What is going to happen to this officer? Will he be charged? Will he be fired? I won't be surprised if he receives a paid vacation. Pathetic!!!!

Little Rock PD Officer Josh Hastings Charged With Manslaughter - 15 Year Old Boy Killed

Little Rock PD Officer Josh Hastings Charged With Manslaughter - 15 Year Old Boy Killed

According to copblock.org "Little Rock Police Chief Stuart Thomas announced that Patrol Officer Joshua Hastings, 26, was charged with felony manslaughter in the Aug. 12 fatal shooting of Bobby Moore, a 15-year-old suspected car burglar at a West Little Rock apartment complex. Hastings had said he fired on a Honda Civic because he feared for his life as it sped toward him. Sources report the investigation produced discrepancies between Hastings’ account and other evidence, particularly in the speed and direction of the car that Hastings said he felt threatened by. A brief statement issued by Chief Thomas said two separate investigations — by major crimes and internal affairs — led him to “conclude the incident did not occur in the manner represented by the officer and that the use of deadly force did not conform to department orders.” He said he’d conferred with Prosecutor Larry Jegley in reaching the decision to file the charge."

NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE - COPS PIGS MURDERERS!

Demonstrators protest California police shooting...
A 17-year-old who witnessed the shooting, told the Register that the man had his back to the officer. Ventura said the man was shot in the buttocks area. The man then went down on his knees, she said, adding that he was struck by another bullet in the head. Ventura said another officer handcuffed the man, who by then was on the ground and not moving.
"They searched his pockets, and there was a hole in his head, and I saw blood on his face," Ventura told the newspaper.

POLICE BRUTALITY

POLICE BRUTALITY

Philadelphia, PA (June 4, 2012) -- Marcus Warryton, 18, was dazed and confused because he had just been involved in a traffic accident. When four white cops happened upon the scene, which included a car with front-end damage and a deployed airbag, they assumed the worst because Warryton was black. The officers immediately brutally attacked him because he did not instantly obey their self-important command to sit down. There was no evidence whatsoever that Warryton had a weapon or was dangerous in any way, only that he was stunned from a car wreck. The damaged car can be seen right next to the police car. Warryton was severely injured by the unwarranted attack, including multiple broken bones and lacerations. As always, he was arrested for the very crimes that the cops perpetrated against him. Warryton has no prior arrest record. Note that the news media blurred out the blood that was pouring from the young victim.

What a punishment: Cop gets 2 years probation for stealing $30,000

thesouthern.com reports, "A former suburban Chicago police officer who pleaded guilty to charges he stole $30,000 from a charity for fallen officers has been sentenced to two years of probation."

This is rediculous. Any U.S. Citizen caught stealing $30,000 would be sentenced at least 5 years in jail.

Outrageous!

Recording Police: First Amendment right

According to nytimes.com "The Department of Justice have declared "First Amendment right to videotape the actions of police officers in public places and that seizure or destruction of such recordings violates constitutional rights."

If you or a friend are under police scrutiny, pull out your camcorders, your camera phones, your ipads and document police activity. You have a right. Police need to be held accountable.

GRAND JURY CLEARS COP WHO SHOT UNARMED MARINE VET IN HIS HOME

According to the gothamist, "A Westchester County grand jury has decided not to indict the White Plains officer who fatally shot an unarmed chronically ill elderly black man. There will be no trial for Officer Anthony Carelli, who shot Marine veteran Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. during a tense confrontation last November... The lawyer for the family of Chamberlain Sr., who has reviewed the LifeAid audiobox recording (which picked up every sound inside the apartment during the fatal confrontation) and the security camera video, said: “The minute they got in the house, they didn’t even give him one command. They never mentioned ‘put your hands up.’ They never told him to lay down on the bed. The first thing they did...you could see the Taser light up...and you could see it going directly toward him.” ...con'd "Chamberlain died a few hours later in surgery from his wounds.
“My family and I are profoundly saddened at the fact that there was no indictment in the murder of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr.,” the victim's son Kenneth Chamberlain Jr. said in the statement. “I have a hard time putting my trust in a system that I feel has failed me already.” The family has also said the medical examiner’s autopsy report’s description of the path of the bullet shows that Chamberlain could not have been raising his arm to stab an officer when he was shot. Chamberlain family lawyers Randolph McLaughlin and Mayo Bartlett have notified the city of their intention to file a civil lawsuit in the case." --

I am very surprised about the Grand Jury's decision not to indict. Perhaps all of the evidence was not presented however it seems to be a cover up. There is clear audio and video of Mr. Chamberlain stating that he is "fine" and that the police need to leave. There is also evidence of racial slurs being used towards him and that they used unnecesary police force. This is a disgrace but the fight is not over.
