Recording Police: First Amendment right

According to nytimes.com "The Department of Justice have declared "First Amendment right to videotape the actions of police officers in public places and that seizure or destruction of such recordings violates constitutional rights."

If you or a friend are under police scrutiny, pull out your camcorders, your camera phones, your ipads and document police activity. You have a right. Police need to be held accountable.
